Your first launch
Install the launcher
Windows: run the Xyra installer. It installs Xyra just for you (no admin rights), adds a Start menu shortcut and opens the launcher. Mac: open the download and move the app to your Applications folder.
Press Play
The launcher downloads the game (about 3.4 GB) and shows how far along it is, the speed and roughly how long it will take. Later updates are small and install the same way.
Make your account
Create an account on the game's first screen and make up to four characters. That's it: see you in Xiah.
On a Mac
Until the Mac launcher is notarized by Apple, macOS asks you once to confirm it: open System Settings > Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway. You only do this the first time.
Something not right?
Open the launcher's Settings and choose Repair. It checks every game file and fixes only what is broken. In the game, press F8 to send the team a report, then tell us what happened on the feedback site (opens another site).
