Neighbours at the gate
See other players leave in a flash, enjoy a clearer character select screen and get back in with a small patch.
When another player leaves by bead or a travel NPC, you now see a teleport flash and hear the portal. It is a little thing, but it makes the world feel occupied even as someone disappears from view.
A better start
Character select has a solid information card, arrows for moving between characters and a centred row of actions. Update 1.0.1 also arrived as about 2.6 MB rather than another full game download.
From our team
Our small team is rebuilding the familiar parts first. Making other players visible and making your first choice clearer are both part of that. Rebirth work is next.
